Monthly Salary is getting on time. Leave policies are good as per contract employment. My dept. Is good and supportive.

The one thing which i totally dislike is we are working at Ntpc through Upl which makes everything little bit difficult. We always face problem on clarifying things.

...low self proclaimed so called best HR practices. But ground reality is opposite. They recently started hiring lateral experienced engineers in low level giving low salary but make them work every possible way.

Your department very well expections EDC . Your reporting boss awesome. Fully enjoy during training more chances to learn about plant. EDC department means only on work. No matter what is your branch.

...d both nature person. It's mind set to work any time for NTPC limited company. Mk Gupta's nature 8000₹ tranning stipen = mk Gupta salary so tranning has more work load and always fear to poor response on tranning certificate.

1. Each individual EXECUTIVE UPTO E8 works FOR SELF growth ONLY NOT FOR ORGANIZATION . 2. NO HAMONIOUS RELATION BETWEEN SUBORDINATE & SUPERIORS. 3. DISCREMINATION ON PROMOTION AT EACH & EVERY LEVEL. 4. WORK LIFE BALANCE IS VERY POOR. 5. MUTUAL RESPECT & TRUST IS VERY WEAK. 6. MANAGEMENT TOTALLY WORKS ON BOSSISM RESULTED FAST DOWN TREND GROWTH. 7. SUPPERANNUATED EMPLOYEES ARE HAND TO MOUTH FOR SURVIVAL. 8. CENTRAL GoVT. INTERFERANCE IN ORGANIZATION IS TO EXTREAM END. 9. VERY POOR PENSION SCHEME . 10. DISCONTINUATION OF SUPPERANNUATED EMPLOYEE JOBS DETERIORATED GROWTH OF NTPC.
