    I worked in abstraction team as well as translation team for my notice period. I had great experience in translation team but the pay was very less other than that everything is fine.

    Dislikes

    In abstraction team there is no proper project plans, very work pressure, depression and mental stress atmosphere. There is no team coordination, no incentives, no pay for extending hours and no good respect to their employees. Some of the Managers and TL's are not deserve to be this position. Overall I had worst experience in Abstraction team.
