You have zero authority to take any decision about your work, no personal life , if you take leave more than 2 days then your manager already decided that you are the enemy of project and you don't have any seriousness about your work, work is less but there apps e.g safty app punch app quality app should be daily update , your full day weast on this app, managers They called them Project engineer they will not support you in any technical or any other random work only pressurized about the target. All the material qty you has be estimate then you has to keep add in software then you has to take follow up from purchase dpt then you has to take follow up from Supplier when the material reach at site you has to unload it .. Company has Builder-ship branch & Contracting branch. The contracting branch offers good salary & incentives on projects. They have good work environment. All seniors & bosses are very supportive, and motivate subordinates & juniors. Especially on the projects away from Pune they arrange get together parties every now and again and care all employees as like family members.Read More
