    Nothing as Such only salary on time. Seriously not a single thing in this company to say what I like about OLA

    Dislikes

    - Unprofessional & Highly Egoistic ASM Nadeem Ansari & RSH Moin Shaikh. Many Good employees leave in Mumbai beacuse of these 2 People - There is straight Hire & Fire Policy in this company. - 0 Job Security. Even CEO of this company can be fired on the spot. - No Process standardization & Numberous flaws in there process. - for a Brand Champion or Retail Sales Executive Position - No fix Job timings. - Huge Pressure for sales - Low Quality product whether it's S1 Pro, S1 Air or S1X. Service department is not co-operative. So the customers who has Purchased vehicle from me they are shouting/scolding on me. In that case No support from my seniors - Nadeem & Store Manager. - Work environment in this company is - Selfish, High Attrition rate. Nobody stay here for Long term. Super Toxic work environment. no fix timings here I worked here till 1 AM night. No personal life. Join only if you want make your Life Hell here.

    Everything! If you are a fresher, don't consider this, consider other options even if the salary is 50%. There is absolutely no policy. They will not give the role according to job description.

    salary if u will be laid off, u will be paid as per your NP, once got new job before NP, they will stop giving pay leave encashment, variable pay is there if u will be laid off working hours flexible

    ...No job security, will be fired at any time if u raise ur voice for appraisal and variable pay u will not be paid for variable pay and appraisal arrears for last year also if u resign before company will start giving variable pay and appraisal

    Nothing except salary.

    Dislikes

    Pathetic working hours ,around 15-16 hrs per day without break. U can't plan your off or leave . Production plan changes all of sudden. No job security. Anybody can be sent out without any strong reason. No guarantee of variable pay and increment. Employees are treated like sugarcane. They take juice and throw away employees. HR has no role to play exception boarding and de- boarding. If you want to work be ready to take breakfast, lunch and dinner in Plant canteen.

Wherever you are in the world, if you're giving birth in a labour room you're expected to be on call at the same time and reach the office immediately after birth, preferably you should schedule your c-section accordingly to the CEO's schedule so that you're visibly in the office 24x7, 365 days a year
