    Cons- Salary is average and also comes 15 days late No specific task given and no help provided by senior on the given task if you are new Biggest Con- NO JOB SECURITY, you can be fired any time or asked to put resignation without any notice period, so the day you put the resignation will be your last in the company. If you are new and dont have any other option then you can join oodle, otherwise don’t join if you are looking for a stable job and have responsibilities of your family. Does not provide you payslip if your account is locked

    Very and very less job security. They only hire for 1 year specially not in a direct way (indirectly) within that they decide what to do with the employee. They are hiring continuously because reason above. If he/she work very and very good they give their best otherwise they fire.
