I enjoy my workplace's collaborative environment and the opportunity to work with talented and passionate people. I value the flexibility and autonomy that my job affords me, as it allows me to manage my own workload and schedule. I'm interested in this job because I can see that my skills could help solve this problem within your company. Also, I like the culture of this organization. From what I've heard and what I've been reading about the company, it seems like a great fit for my personality and my values.

Low Pay and Management.

Nothing... worst company to work for. Employees are treated as puppets no job security they can pull you out anytime without any prior notice most of the employees are working as freelance so don't get confused...If you want to build you carrer and want a good stability I will suggest not to join Optim hire as an employee..

Dislikes

1. Pathetic work culture no process to follow. 2. Very very low salary ie. Less then 60% of the market standards. 3. No job security 4. Loss making Business model and higher level employees are like no idea what to do

... - Work from anywhere 2. Good training program 3. Earn payments almost daily. 4. Weekly bonus and appreciation awards and certificates - extra income. 5. Resume database also given 6. No payment required to join the program, all tools and training is free of cost.

Dislikes

1. Mostly jobs are IT technology positions and I'm weak in technical knowledge. 2. Job is mostly calling candidates. 3. 2 weeks training is there but I wish if there were more training.

...ent, head weight team leader, Monday team call meeting is one of the time waste. Very poor management you wont get any fixed salary even you spend 365 days, fake promise of 25000 fixed salary.

Dislikes

The team leader Mr. Mohan Kurhade is a waste fellow never respond to his team members doubts and questions. He is such a useless fellow in optimhire.

Its remote Team Leads are nice able to make a lot of money once upon a time (not anymore)

...nts or money but they never blame the recruiters for not sending good profiles whenever someone is making incentives they will find some reason to deduct it and say you have now justified your salary basically we pay ourselves by making "incentives" and every single time all the incentives are delayed as management is lazy and doesnt care or empathize with their employees or the type of commitments we have every good review you might find here is a lie as they forced their employees to write a good review work culture is filled with favoritism and nepotism they will pay employees (girls) who are saying yes to all their demands but have problem paying employees who put in 100% everyday they hire by saying you can make crazy incentives then end up deducting salaries also we have left 6LPA offers for this company and are not even able to make 3LPA every team internally fights with each other for some reason where management is at fault no one takes responsibility for the real problem scams everywhere from faking resumes to getting friends to take interviews with clients just to make a quick buck only cares about people who bring in money dont care to train the ones who are struggling dont apply here, save yourself the headache
