... Pay was better. They say they work for many clients in chennai. I like the office floor and assumed this is large company. The client is CTOS a Malaysia company. The client has no idea how to do projects. They will always start with go live date in mind and crunch project timelines. They will say get more people but as we software people know we cannot deliver soon all time with many people. Now the project is not moving and client team to save them has said the delay is because of me and just dumped me. Now the truth is known. This company has given date for me to be sent out. When I ask other project they say there is no other project. I fully got cheated with the office looking nice and all. Dont believe it. Very UNPROFESSIONAL company. Take from me. 1 year later also none of the large project will be delivered as problem is not people and the work approach only. I made a entry into this small agency from my large company experiences, Very bad decision. JUST STAY AWAY.Read More

They offer good salary but there is so much questions about future. I joined in Dec 2021. I was put in a client project. Once they put in client project they wont meet us. So hard to reach anyone in company for payslip doubt insurance doubt. Account Manager was not of help. HR we are able to reach. They also do calls ebery month. problem started this year. No hike came (rs 9000 annual hike for 15 lac salary level). When ask they said company did not make profits so we are giving less hike. They keep on saying many people in company got zero hike but I got some some hike. In appraisal client rated me the best still no hike. Now my project is getting over and company said me to exit same date in october when client is releasing me from project. I myself then asked client for extending, they say they cannot do extending for optimum company resources as we are no more vendor here. I ask manager if they know it before. They said yes, They know this for long time but did not work to look for another project for me. They kept billing and now fired me. Now I am rushing to find a job. Very bad approach by the company.Read More

I worked for 8 months with a client called CTOS for Optimum infosystem. The initial working and team bonding was all great. However whenever we ask any questions that puts the client uncomfortable they will start raising lower critical items like come to work daily, attend all calls from office like that. Things will be good for another 1 or 2 weeks and again the cycle will repeat. My payroll company optimum has no one who understands this working. Any problem raised by client means they will not defend us they will just go with what client says. Now the client is releasing people left right and middle. Joined in Pune last year 2022 beginning. They have a very small 10 people office inn kharadi. I was in project client site. Any thing to ask the company, HR peoples answered well. Pune Account manager team was not responsive. Salary doubt and all HR and Finance will answer. but project difficulty, another project discussion and all no one was able to help me. Client told contract is over. Immediately company also gave termination notice to me. When I ask another project they say they have no other project. I was ready to relocate. Then also they said no project. It is a big shock to me. We came for long term jobs to this company but they throw us out when project over. In Pune they have a small set up and just using people then throwing when time comes. Very bad experience.Read More
