Too many reports, every 6 months people are realigned.
No levers for management to keep people rewarded and motivated due to cost cutting (no travel, no bonus, no ESOP, no increments).
Slow: They take 6 months to close 1 appraisal cycle!
Fundamentals of functional working are not as per industry best practices, too much unlearning required to be able to work here.
People generally tell lies, are very audacious and do not seem motivated to work here.
Lack of vision, lack of ownership.
No increments. It is a Fortune 8 org but don't assume at par compensation.
