    Some of the monthly interactions via Teams used to be fun. Apart from that, i can't think of anything that i liked.

    Dislikes

    Terrible Job Security. Horrible Pay- They don't even bother to tell you before cutting your salary and by how much. Monotonous work with no scope of growth and colleagues are not at all helpful. If you want to work this is the last place you should approach.

    Salary they give on time. Day of salary is fix. No issue.

    They kick you out at any time with 7 days notice. I had read these types of reviews but i didn't believe it and joined. After 5 months job, suddenly they mailed me that there project with Client named Majesco is ended so after 7 days it will be your last working day. It's my genuine practical experience of orcapod.

    ... FOR ONE YEAR EVERYTHING WILL BE OK BUT AFTER THAT THEY INSIST US TO RESIGN AND REDUCE THE SALARY UPTO 30% FROM THE BASIC. IF ANYONE IS LOOKING FOR POCKET MONEY CAN JOIN THIS CONSULTANCY. THEY PURELY EXPLOIT THE HOME MAKERS AND THE FRESHERS WHO ARE IN NEED OF JOBS. ABOVE ALL THE WORST PART IS THEY RECRUIT AS TEMPORARY STAFF WHICH IS NOT TOLD TO THE EMPLOYEES IN THE INTERVIEW OR AT THE TIME OF JOINING.

    Highly unprofessional company ever, hire & fire, no reason the employee's salary will get deducted, hires all employees on contract never disclose the company's policy, from HR to TL, and other leadership team behaves as if they are PrimeMinisters of Inida this is TRUE im not joking. even more then that, doenst respect any employee, makes sure to get removed all negative reviews by paying huge amount that deducted from employees pay cut. How they fires an employee example ok she/he has only 3-5k pay this month how much i can deduct fire her/him next month? sorry for present and future employees and employers just suck every single re. from employees' salaries shamelessly Sadist firm ever & NO Response is their best policy.

    Unprofessional, deducting fix salary for not achieving Target. That also 6000 to 11000. Though we are giving fix timing for work. Not appreciating efforts. Incentives given in break up that also not fix month. Less salary as employees are working from home. No job security Managers who does not understand employees. Only wants them to achieve Target
