Groupings, No retention of assets, average employees getting double promotion, no systematic approach, Management takes decision for their benefit only , appraisal are not on time

...o handle tough situations and those are the most valuable experiences in career. Salary packages are good.

Dislikes

Understaffed. No work life balance. False promises on job security Poor Team Management. No growth in Designation. False strategies for appraisal. Hard working staffs are overloaded. Lot of staffs do not perform and is not challenged by the management. Hence the hard workers to face the overload due to this.

You could say. ''I enjoy my work so I never paid much attention to what I dislike. I just focused on what I love. '' but if that isn't true. ..

All employee requirements getting fulfilled on time, and is multinational company so, working with big companies gives push to employee.

Dislikes

Employee has to keep himself secure by itself, no body will defend.

There is nothing to like in this company.

Dislikes

Everything. They send expert on foreign assignment without work permit and thus put their life in danger. They are not clear about GST liability on service rendered overseas. At one time they confirm GST not applicable and later on they will send mail GST applicable and you will have to pay fine and penalty along with interest.
