Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is good. Company policies are good. Company give bonus every year.

NOTHING, they are cheating people who work remotely. Just false advertisement about 5 lakh per annum salary, but in reality, they are pending payments for more than one year, procrastination goes on about payment, neither receiving a call nor replying mail.

This will differ from person to person. I got lucky with my manager and team. • Opportunities for upskilling: The company encourages professional growth by offering courses and access to paid applications when necessary. • Manageable workload: While there is enough work to stay engaged, it can comfortably be completed within the 8-hour workday most of the time, preventing burnout. • Flexible timing when important: While not available daily, flexible timing is allowed for important situations, which is a helpful option when necessary. Flexible timing can only allow you to come upto 2 hours late or leave 2 hours early.

Negatives: • Payout and leave policies: These could be more employee-friendly, with room for improvement in remuneration and time off. There are very few festive holidays- covering only very big festivals. • Hectic schedule: All Saturdays are working, which makes the schedule demanding, especially without a half-day on Saturdays or second Saturdays off. • Appraisal policy change: The new appraisal policy now limits appraisals to once a year instead of twice, which is disappointing for employees.
