No growth opportunity for the next level after certain position like and APM, still stuck on AMP position from last 3 years, no team , More senior people at PM and above level.

Good work environment and have a lot of scope to learn new things. For every two years you will get promotions if you work perfectly. Also, enough time will be provided for every submittal and company expects a better quality output from you.

though you get the promoted, but the work remains same.

Management is not ready to hear how you suffer in work place, they are only focusing outputs and profits, one of the manager is very cruel and treating employees like a pigs and dogs. I quit my job within 8 months in Feb 2020 because of that manager, his name is VENKATESH. And some incidents happened in that time still am not able to move on and am jobless last 4.5 years, probably there is no way to learn new things and you can't update your self they only focusing on outputs and profits. Be aware and do some own research before planning to join companies like this, because they spoiled your mental health so easily.

My experience working at Ovation Services Private Limited has been significantly impacted by what I perceive as a toxic office culture. The pervasive presence of workplace politics has created an environment that I find particularly challenging and disagreeable. This aspect of the company culture has made my time there difficult.

It is one of the best place to work for a guy who wants to start their career. Since it is still in begining stage .they are trying to match up with other big companies.
