Office politics and favouritism. Manager will force you to work even after working hour. Personal Leaves and medical emergency is not consider, manager will ask you ton of questions for single day leave. Your Opinion is waste, people at higher level will do what everywhere they like.

Good work and High Job Security. Open culture. Permanent WFH facility available.

.... So, you have to work more in eastern hours. Work life balance could be better. Unusal salary structure. No on site opportunity.

No work pressure is the only good thing but regularly we need to do certifications irrespective of need.

No proper salary, discussed CTC is false we don't get correct salary, excess dedications. Changing company policies and making work place toxic with politics from higher managements. No hikes and don't think about promotions. No scope in skill development but asks for atleast one certification per quater.

Being a remote it's being long have attended events in office, expenses done by own if want to attend office events, vision not clear from upper management. Pressure to learn out stack things as well.

The current management and leadership exhibit poor decision-making skills. Previously, leadership was strong, but with the recent changes, individuals with limited technical expertise have assumed key positions. This has resulted in a shift where employees are being compelled to work in support roles, creating an environment of enforced compliance.
