They don't give week off. Week off is rotational. They promised that we will get 4 week off per month but they give only 1 or 2 week off per month. Limitless working hours, 10 hours is normal and sometimes 11 hours also. But as per interview working hour should be 9 hours 15 minutes. They don't approve any sick leave. If someone is sick they force him or her to work, otherwise they just tell no need to come from tomorrow.Read More
