Employees are pressurise and mails are sent on small matters to manager and seniors, and employees view’s are not given any value.

Salary offered is better than other companies. Due to tough work you will be able to get more knowledge.

Management is seriously so sick, makes me want to leave the company instantly. Work pressure is high due to very high target. It's all about production. People who feel that they want to do quality work won't be able to survive here cause all they need is production and nothing else.

...t - work life balance and senior management very supportive in term of any need. if no targets complete or quality then ur job safe if meeting all thing well n good There is no incentive, no bonus, Cab and meal service good

One IJP and candidate applied almost 300 people for one post No promotion Rating depends on TL moods HR and management not responsible they reply your email when they need.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

I would like to thank Pacific BPO because they gave me a chance to work with them. Here in the Pacific, we feel so secure in terms of Job security and compensation. Today's Situation where many people lost their jobs due to this pandemic crisis we Pacifician's working from home and feel safe and secure in terms of personal level along with professional level.
