I would strongly caution anyone considering joining the Channel Development team in Pagarbook. The work culture in this team is riddled with internal politics, credit hogging and favouritism by individuals such as Kajal Gupta and Zeelan Basha who works with manipulative behaviour and taking credits for others’ work to gain favour with management

1. Toxic Work Culture – Stay Away! The work environment at PagarBook is extremely toxic. Senior leadership plays favorites, and promotions or recognition are more about who you flatter rather than actual performance. Merit is consistently ignored, and internal politics run the show. A very disappointing experience for anyone hoping for a healthy, growth-oriented workplace. 2. Full of Office Politics – No Career Growth PagarBook is dominated by internal politics. Managers push their own agendas, and there’s no space for fresh ideas. New joiners are treated poorly unless they align with certain cliques. If you're ambitious and value a fair, supportive environment, this is not the place for you. 3. Mismanagement at All Levels From HR to top management, the company lacks structure and professionalism. There's a lot of favoritism and biased decisions. The toxic political environment makes daily work mentally exhausting. Very little appreciation for hard work unless you're part of the "in-group." 4. Poor Leadership, High Attrition The leadership team at PagarBook does not inspire trust. There's constant interference in work, unrealistic expectations, and no transparency. Many good employees leave because of politics and a lack of direction. It feels more like a political battlefield than a company

No work life balance morning 10am to 8.30pm in Chennai.. Wrost branch head with lot of ego and mentally sick personality... No employee is permanent in Chennai especially who has self respect.. He will kick u out of the company if he doesn't perform to be in top ..

Manager is an psyco timing is morning 9.30 to 8.30 and more depends .. No work life balance No employee are there with tenure of 3years + There are some private time in office we must not visit that time .. They have shit product which is costly too compared to other competitors...

Everything, don't support from senior, when join the company HR and other senior don't tell the target, but after join 1.5 month give tremendous pressure. Each and every day Sales. It's like door to door sales. All time managers through demotivate, I don't know how is it possible create Market in 1.5 month client don't know the brand. They don't give time and they play fire and fired policy.
