Extremely unorganised managers, every pressure delegates to Sales Officers. Always need to proof yourself regarding every job done. There is no starting and ending time of your job. No family work life balance. Everyday Mid / Senior Managers will engage their Sales Officers to work as per their agenda then after month end they will screw you why things not happened properly. No freedom of work techniques. HO people have zero idea about ground reality. They recruit outside dump people with high salary from telecom industry and disgrace their own contributing employees. SOs have to take all the working responsibilities after fixed market hours. Sometimes they will force you to work on Sundays.
