    Previously it was flexible work hours but now they did some changes like Access card and employees has to scan their card to mark their attendance in morning and has to complete their working hours in office and after that they have to check out their attendance through the access card.

    Dislikes

    They used to provide salary at 7th of the every month. and also they give appraisal very late as there appraisal cycle is in April but they give next year nov or December.

    Work culture is not professional.work-life balance good

    Dislikes

    Appraisal delay every year till August instead of April and they pay it in installments. Also if you resign in between (till appraisal over) they will cancel your appraisal and no increment will be given to you.

    Job security is good. Good to start up.

    Dislikes

    ... As its senior employees have much higher package.. so they dont even bother about late/bad appraisal...but if you are a new joiner...... you must have a backup plan.
