The work culture is pretty awesome. You will get to learn so many things. It feels like family away from home.

Salary is bit below standard than market but culture makes it up. WFO rules can be much better.

Some rules they have made are baseless I think 1) Like if you take leave on your work from office days then you have to compensate for that day. 2) Working from home is unnecessarily strict for those who are following the rules, pinpoint those and make strict rules for those who are not following the rules.

Good and healthy work environment. flexible office hours , good collaboration between teams, also take care of fun activity , employees training and learning program. issue resolved quickly. Top management is very friendly and supportive.
