there is nothing to like in this university. You only get experience certificate after 6 months. best things is that this university has 5 days working culture.

Nothing. The whole university is a sham. They hire you on the salary as per their convenience but didn't even provide you with the salary. Such universities should be shut down by the UGC.

PDM University gave me the opportunity of teaching after my PhD. The only thing which I liked was initially its work environment.

...ems like normal running university but it actually is a fradualent organization. There is chronic issue of salary delay. I had joined the university in February 2020 but got my first salary only by April end. After that I received only salary for March. However soon after that there was lockdown and crisis due to Covid-19 in which work was from home. However they even called us in between the pandemic without any conveyance facility. I went by spending cab charges worth of 1 day of salary only to be honest to my work commitments. I conducted all the classes after that which were online. Each day 3 hours classes and above that administative works. But was not receiving salary since April and after raising constant concerns I was not given any salary for five long months. Then in September first week I received an amount which was 30% of my one month's salary. On receiving that I asked the authorities the logic behind this amount. On which the HR replied that my performance due new norms of lockdown period was only 19.24% and hence this salary cut. I then realized a big time that this is a case of fraud in which we are getting cheated with unannounced norms being applied in retrospect months. It seemed to me a clear cut case of desperate attempt of encashing this crisis of Covid-19 to their personal gain as this university already has a history of not paying its employees since last one year. This place has no space for employees integrity and honesty and hence I has to resign from my post and now I am unemployed filled with hopelessness and anxiety in this crisis situation.

...ing to join this university don’t expect that you will ever get your salaries. They will pay you one month salary once in 3-4 months. I have worked here for 9 months and received only 4 months salary. They didn’t paid me my 5 months salary. They are just running a big fraud by the name of university. The HOD and deans will never help you for your concerns. They don’t give you the authority to visit accounts department for your salary concerns. Nobody will be answerable here.
