I worked for this Pennar company in a BIM Department. I struggled a lot when i was working in this company ,I strongly urge with every one please don't join in this company as well wisher I am requesting to every one. If any body want spoil their carrier means happily can join in this Pennar company with out any doubts. Nothing was their to give good rating to this company even one star rating also will not be deserved. Here in this company named RUKSAR & SYEDA i am not happy to work with them event also not supported to girls. Here in this company another waste waste waste waste fellow BIM MANAGER named PRASENJIT DHAR was also present. Recently he worked for RAMTECH company , this RAMTECH company also terminated him because of his behavior even though why this PENNAR company hired him i don't know. He mostly prefer girls in his work surroundings , if the girl is suitable as per his expectation otherwise he will assign to RUKSAR & SYEDA. He doesn't know the meaning of Mother & sister he treats every one like his kept XX person only. I can write more words about PRASENJIT but i don't want loose my discipline, thank you every one those who seeing my review and also sorry about these words what i have written here all are genuine and true what i experienced with this PENNAR.Read More

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which I can't resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.Read More
