Very unprofessional behavior of team mates. Deployment of employees at site without training and no support and response to them when they seek help from them. No Job security, any time they may ask for resignation and doesn't talk to the client when client enforce to so do the work which is not as per the contract. No chances of career growth, as company expecting clarical work from MBA's. Salary benchmark is too low. As far as appraisal is concern having too much unprofessional behavior, even not giving salary restructure letters and confirmation letters on letter head and on personal mail I'd.. No learning opportunities are available as company expecting clerical work from MBA's and no response and no appreciation on management suggestionsa and innovative ideas. No work life balance, totally depend on client calendar even no provision for compensatory off provided to employees those who work on offs and giving third 100% to close the task with in time line.Read More
