Every morning there is a new direction, and new ops to follow. You will not be given time to do actually what you were hired for but other things. In fact, you won't get time to breathe, and soon you will lose motivation. - You are expected to drive everything, even the KRAs of your department. - Flattery and Asslicking - Your role and your KRA can be changed anytime without your consent. If you were hired for Marketing, then tomorrow you could be shifted to Supply Chain or another department, as per whims and fancies of the Management. - Please don't join just because they are giving you a good hike or perk.
