Job security is terrible The VP is IT CTO (Santosh Gupta) is terrible. To save his skin and his close aides whom they brought from Reckitt, killing everyone else Incapable people managers - they need only "yes boss" people. The moment we ask a question, the hell breaks and the Reckitt cartel will do everything to through you out Unless you are in dire need of a job, don't option for Pepsi. Go for other organizations even if you are being paid a couple of lakhs less. India GBS / HBS management sucks In the name of diversity, they are filling up all the open positions with women and in many cases, they force fit women into roles resulting in underperformance and overall poor delivery

Perks , gifts etc kn festivals , once given travel ticket to Travel to hyderabad , Mac laptops . Pepsico products freely available to consume Good tech stack - azure , springboot etc

1. HR will book hotels during relocation and but not pay for any expenses . Last minute you will be asked to pay. Later even after months of trying ...they will not approve that claim ....I did not get even after leaving 2. They have no scope a senior roles , they will basically expect you to do all work and spoon feed into there indirect relatives with less experience. 3. They only hire senior resources during work pressure time to get things sorted, which they cannot and later fire them in 6 months 4. They only support 3-5 yrs till manager , if you are above that experience. They have a plan in place right from start to hire and fire 5. 5 hours of meetings and 8 hrs 6 too much process with no results

Work Life Balance can be a challenge. Brands comes with lots of legacy & baggage (not sure if that is positive or negative).

Office premises is really good. Moderate work life balance. Salary is getting 3-4 days prior to month end.

Dislikes

Company policies are not that good. Lot of cost cutting happening since few months. Even Pepsi employees not getting enough Pepsi.. like earlier we were getting Pepsi cans but now they made it like a soda pub where you can take Pepsi in paper glasses, and they did it bcoz many employees taking some cans with them at home.. so cheap... And there are vending machine to get lays or other chips but the packets are close to expire... So cheap thing from such a big organization... They think employees do not get such things...
