Hello Persistent employees! I'm getting an offer from Persistent. I learned through verbal discussion with HR that there is a 10% variable component. Out of which monthly variable's 70% amount will be paid each month. Ex. Annual variable: ₹12,000 Monthly variable: ₹1,000 So (as per HR) I will SURELY get ₹700 amount (part of variable) in monthly salary. Does this actually happen? Secondly, they said some ₹50,000 amount on top of CTC for food and insurance. So I assume CTC will increase by 50k. Is this a normal practice? Thanks in advance!

Dislikes

Life will get worst when you are allocated to Indian client. You will be forced to work more. And no benefits of it. Micromanagement is done with people who are not having more experience. To retain good relation with client they can accept unrealastic timelines. If you are bench more than 1 or 2 months you will be forced to put down the papers.
