Salary credited on time, & no issues for leaves. Have lot of projects to learn for any one.

Upper management level is Excellent but middle level guys are worst they don't have any knowledge & there is lot of politics involve. Not Good for North Guys.

I like in PES ENGINEERING due to he is doing at EPC Project and his salary timing is better than other.

Here are only job is secure that person which knows lubrication to their boss I don't like this type culture.

EHS staff are treated Naukar, and Mr. P.R. is implementing a divisive North-South policy in the company. The corporate EHS head is a bad person, and benefits and other compensations are low. Please let me know if any further changes are needed.ne to like

Good work environment and culture and good company policy . Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. There is a bond of 2 year before which you can not resign.

Organisation is excellent due to the founders thoughts and googdwill. Now man power reduction started fro jan 2020 as a more precationary measures advised by non working HR administration. Due to the name and fame Iam convinsed and appreciated by the clients but not convinsed by the organisation management. There is no pressure and also like the employee re-hire policy here by the owner's desission but opposition from the HR employees to show their existance/

Compensation is modarate, bt growth is very slow because this organisation is owner's oriented. The work pressure is normal and fluctuation as it is a constrction company. I do receive appreciation from my clients. But is un noticed by the management during my tear appraisals. Now the HR admin recomendation to the management through cut dow man power even though profitability exists and thinking after 10 years may occure negative results. This is after 35 years succesful running this type thought evoken by HR so management acting duly loosing efficient man power. Any how it is a private organisation so that no job garanty. "Do what i say" concept.
