If you forgot check in and check out then I Day salary deduction is confirmed or leave replacement, there no support from Manager and HR as well because you HRBP always leasing you Manager poin not your. 5. Company provide you 2 earn leave, but this is totally use less because if you Manager not approve your earn. So it is waste. 6. Some time you have to work also Sunday without any extra money and comeoff.

They mention 8.5 hours of working in offer letter but everyday one has to work for atleast 12 hours. They ask you to do 4 hours of talktime everyday. Most of the managers are from byjus and they lack in skills, have got Managerial position just because they know someone in upper hierarchy. Specially if someone is going to work in their online counseling team as counselor then for sure theirs life is going to become hell.

Even the highest salary height barely touches 10% while most employee receive around 2 - 5% despite hikes overall compensation still feels insufficient below standard industry standard. 5. Constructive feedback is neither welcomed nor encouraged. Instead, there is micromanage and blame games, creativity and innovation are stifled under rigid hierarchies and insecure leadership. 6. The constant pressure in toxic work culture made me feel like I was being punished for doing more work. The mental toll is far heavier than the workload itself.
