No job security. They fired employees without any prior notice. On the spot they will tell you will not continue the job, today is your last day. Double digit increments happen only to people who are either relatives or reffered by senior. No work life balance.

Hello sir, as a marketing executive, as much as I know I have a minimum of 10 months experience in pw brand, my journey of PW started from NSAT 2024, in that we visited schools and took permission for exams ... taking permission from the principal is a very difficult part because no one gives permission to promote any brand, especially CBSE school .... we conducted exams in our respective talukas, conducted exams in all state board schools, then we started with that ... then we collected CBSE's leads deta through BTL activity and board activity, after that we held seminars and continued calling .... after that we got admission, we got a lot of support from the central team, there was pressure too but that pressure was handled by CH sir and all of us he guided well, We are done 700+ addmission on physics wallah vidyapeeth pathshala yavatmal JEE NEET and foundation students

... in the announcement was also my voice, We all together won the Adarsh award.... without any expectations and with low salary we got admission in first year... But now , everything is done, admission has been done, we were treated as if we were criminals or animals, we were thrown out…to what extent is this correct…we all worked hard, not because we should be treated like this…

I worked in Maharashtra region This was handled by Mr abhishak Shrivastava, who use to use toxic culture in Maharashtra even he was drug addict. The work culture ruined by Mr Piyush Kumar HRBP and RBH. No work life balance. Employees need to work on public Holiday even on 15 aug. And 26 jan.

...ts If you don't have good connection then just forget your growth in this PW. 4. If you forgot check in and check out then I Day salary deduction is confirmed or leave replacement, there no support from Manager and HR as well because you HRBP always leasing you Manager poin not your. 5. Company provide you 2 earn leave, but this is totally use less because if you Manager not approve your earn. So it is waste. 6. Some time you have to work also Sunday without any extra money and comeoff.
