Unexpected Appraisal-2025

I am 24 years old for the last three years I have been working in the same company. My first appraisal was Excellent 45% when I was trainee engineer to Junior Engineer 2023, I learnt lots of things WTP automation, Planning, Projects Management,MEP, SAP etc. Second appraisal- as junior Engineer 2024 was poor they give me B-Grade 4.4% during this time I worked hard. Day night shift I was shocked why management give bad. I thought to my seniors they said we will give best. Third appraisal also same 4.4% as Junior Engineer to Assistant Engineer with C grade 2025 I am to disappoint with my top management my manager said to me, without my feedback top management give poor rating. then what will I do? My CTC is very low 2.98 LPA After this appraisal 3.13 LPA Please help me for carrier growth.

They will give salary hike.

Dislikes

Lot of politics is PNB MET Life at Management level. They doesn't need hard workers and discipline persons in working culture. They will select only un knowledge person in Management level. In management level also have to get personal business to keep branch safe they don't ask front line managers seriously to work. I didn't like this culture here. They don't have any competitive plans in the market. South side there is no brand image for PNB.

There is noting to like working with PNB MetLife.

Dislikes

... call and ask to switch on the camera while in con call even if u r at home too. The managers never do the attendance Regularisation properly so won’t get salary properly.

Dislikes

Worst work culture, hire and fire system, no scope of learning anything either perform or go. No support from supervisors. Will not recommend to anyone. Shifts extends for 9-10hrs, no work life balance
