Pressure is more than enough Work and life is imbalance Salaries are not good as per your wotk pressure I have been here for almost 3years but always in threat of loosing job instead of target completion

Learning in Growing Co through present JD only, Salary on time, other departments staff is supportive, ITJ sir want to take co. V. Up eagerly its good but for that need Good people to fulfill & to run

if there is any Oman consultancy hire by co. At that time definitely Fear of Layoff, Coz already been did in past, high efforts output have not any value on top Mgt, Too politics, appraisal is for just formalities but increament will be with partiality, if any challenges change come in job, no relavant on job training & Devl, too poor canteen food & st bus type services, Co. Is recently listed & they want to Improve many departments functions Coz they already knows thier cons, but yet still not improved untill they change some basic strategy that working in growing listed company instead "SETH/Baniya" Comp. And still if changes will not come, Day by day loos old talented smart workers. Exists interview notes should take seriously by Top Mgt. Specifically in case of Long serviced employee, that will help to improve for Mgt.

Timely Salary and brand image.

No job security, lot of pressure on TSI. He had to primary, secondary, bizom, target, data work, stop infiltration, sales drive , LAS management. Lot of products to sales in power BU. Lot of pressure no job security. Only TSI will responsible for everything.

Compensation is great, Culture is better than peers and the top management is one of the best in country.

Dislikes

Culture even after being better than peers is still horrible. You'd be constantly monitored, and demeaned. There are no growth opportunities as all the positions are filled with people relenting to let go.

Need to improve lot in management. Improvement required for career Growth. Salary should given on basis of experience, education,skill,etc. Not on basis of recommendation ,etc.
