... the good thing is if you will get to know how to work then it would be easier for you to work and you will get salary on time but that also not total amount. Dislikes of porter. Sharing you that list of why not to choose porter for job 1- Fake HR promises; They said 9 hours shift time with 2 week off but after completing my training they said that they changed their timing from 10hrs shift timing with 2 Rotational week off. 2- Timing and target; Timing is not flexible. I repeat they will say you a suitable timing but after joining everything will be discarded. There is no Morning/Afternoon and evening shift, they will set the target that you have to achieve 70% of your work within 8hrs 45mins and 1hr 15mins break time but they will give you so much work that you can't achieve even 50% if that 70% because work load will be much that you wont be able to to achieve within 10hrs (Indirectly aapko bewakoof banaya ja raha hai k apko 70% target krna hai lekin woh 70% nahi 90% ke barobar hai jo 10hrs pe nahin honge) per day 150calls flow and 130 calls is must in a day 3- salary and Increment; as per work the salary is worst also increment amount is only 100-120rs not more than that you will not get. They will say 2000-4000 but at the time of increment they will say that employee performance is not good and if you will say anything against them then they will send you a behavior issue warring letter and then they will force you to resign the job or else you will be terminated with their fake data 4- Manager SK; Politics baba. Never interact with employees only talk to IT Team. Having a manager like this is useless also don't even know how to manage. His job is only to look at the employee and not let them to sit idle for a minute also its like Gadha jaisa kaam karte raho 5- Management ; Porter will shutdown soon in mumbai because of poor management. They implement new process and all process becomes fails and only the agents have to face it. They will torcher you force you and pressurized you to do work. You will feel that you have been jailed. 6- Recess; you are not allowed to take break of your own. You have to ask Discipline team. If they will allow you then only you can take break otherwise no breaks will be given but actually you wont even get 1hr also and most important you have to check your attendance on your own. You have to given test on daily base other wise you will get warring latter from Manager. If their will be call flow you have to don extra 2hrs OT and it should be compulsory and if you want to take any leaves they will not give you and they considered as a paid leaves and at the time of FNF they will manipulate your paid leaves and they give you 50% of salary. I repeat don't waste your time in this company there is no scope of learning new thing or getting good salary and don't expect on increment. only dirty politics are being played by seniors and they blame bangalore team for everything but for everything only management and Mumabi team are responsible. And one more thing if wifi issue or any other issue wont be entertained they will not pay you even for half days also.Read More

Every senior staff is doing here fraud with Porter. 5. No scope for future. 6. If you want to settle in corporate sector, I don't recommend Porter. 7. HR's commitments always gonna wrong.Read More

Because every Discipline team and payroll team's eye's on your salary, how to deduct and credited less salary every time. If you raise issue HR team will close the ticket without resolution. And one thing after getting the appraisal letter they are credited less salary same as a previous salary. And also you need work 11 hours every day. If not fone then they mark as a half day.Read More
