    Above average salary as per Indian Standards, good perks and bonuses, excellent medical facilities and big name in the market.

    Dislikes

    Employees are highly pressurized to complete work and work culture is terrible. Being an executive, there is no proper timing for work, you're supposed to be available 24/7. Availing leaves is difficult, along with remote areas of posting with no proper facilities. Higher management is often ignorant to your pleas even if they know they're genuine. HR department is the most terrible one here, it's almost non existent. They have never done any work that's related to Human Resource Management and they never treat other employees with respect. Transfers are done based on company's requirement mostly and rarely based on your preference. Overall, it is expected of you to completely sign up yourself as a highly paid slave.

    There is good working culture, I also like management and policy. Our seniors teammates are very supportive they always help to junior.

    There is very big issue for Field supervisor they have not job security. Salary is very low and no benefit for FS.
