    Just a healthcare company, suitable for ladies and people who don't expect much. Fixed shifts and 2 day weekoffs.

    Dislikes

    Top management is extremely pathetic. Team leaders and Managers play too much politics and show too much partiality. Salary and appraisals are extremely low even by Healthcare standards. No proper training, if you are experienced, it is expected that you know everything. Better self learn yourself to adopt or quit, no other option.

    Dislikes

    None of the managers have knowledge. Senior Management is hiring poorly skilled managers for TRO. This is not a place for Technical Experts. No respect, No dignity, No quality of work. No value for individuals.

    Overall experience is good but i don't see much more financial security here..we cannot expect more hikes and don't have any bonus.

    Even if work from home they even don't provide internet allowances to employees or bonuses. Not much salary increment.

    We can learn hospital billing.

    Dislikes

    No work life balance. Daily 12 hrs work in covid times. Management implemented salary deduction policy as per which salary will be deducted if ur target is not met daily. Management threaten employees that they will terrminate for silly reasons. No work life balance. FULLL PRESSEUREEEEEEEE
