Work environment is very poor. Management is not at all good as they are also not clear about the things what is going on and what to do in the different scenarios. Work life balance is 0 here.

there is nothing to like as the vp itself is worst i remember when i went to office he clearly said if an employee is sick then who will do his work ask him to work even he sick or not. no girls at all only aunties and the w.h.o.r.e of vp is running the rpa support team who even don't know to write single line of code. brainless men who don't deserve to be a manager. i too see man can harass female employee and they can go to any extend.

Dont join this company if you are female as you can be r.a.p.e.d easily as w.h.o.r.e of vp of rpa team support this culture. i saw a video of publicis resources where a lady is yelling and threating the other employee who was a female and yes she was same w.h.o.r.e of rpa team's vp. She is in company from last 10 years

Team members are not supportive, they hire 3rd party payroll people and can fire all of them. I have seen 7 people are getting layoff. Management treats you like their own servent, team members are more dedicated to gossips rather than work

They gives you different work which is not related to your actual profile, totally they waste your time.

Manger is not supporting and he lives in his dreamy life and he never supported he only listen your problem but never did any action. I faced all these problem from my first day of joining after 1 year i left this company.....

I have learn many things in this company and it's a very good company for the beginners who wants to learn things and wants to be in a good position in future. there is too much work pressure which creates mental ability to handle too much pressure and create a responsible asset for the future.

Dislikes

Too much work load and work life imbalance. Mostly have to work more then 12 hours and there is no pay for that. everybody is willing to work if the company will pay a sufficient OT.
