They wil rune your personal like, seniors are so toxic force you to work extra hours without any pay, I'm working here tje shift closes at 2 AM but they never let us go before 4 PM and also the shift starts at 5 PM but the used to call us at 4 PM And if you do any type of complaint the just say if you are not liking the job just leave it They also promised to give incentives but it been two months here I'm not getting it and when I have asked for it they told me that from your 4th salary you will get the incentives but 1/5 part of the incentive and from 5th month you will get the full payment

It's a stable job but less chance to grow after a certain period of time or position also salary structure is low compared to other small brands. But overall 3.5 out of 5

I love this company to do a job but am not satisfied with my salary I'm a electrician department joined but I chen check 5department job finally salary only 18k no bonus no incentive time also 10hrs per day and no extra man power it's taken finally increment also very less

I do not like being into PVR because of the political environment and because of the management sitting on top and eating money.

Everything, no benefits were given, my reimbursements were rejected, salary was deducted, top management is pathetic and corrupted.
