Employee policy only, no one will retrench you as per your work but you can be terminated for your own behaviour or if you go against management.

Dislikes

...any even gave me more skill development opportunities. It had limited skills. 3. Sometimes you feel, you work only for Salary.. 4. So much politics and partiality. And if you go against management, then you will be triggered. 5. So many personnel left this firm for lots of pressure or politics

They basically report to engagement teams who are located in different countries ( US & Europe). So the structure is like a Senior Manager working from India is afraid of an Associate sitting in UK. Now guess if you are an associate. Also no job security. They keep firing their employees for petty reasons.

Dislikes

No work recognition, no timely promotion, very less increment, peanut size bonus.

Likes

The culture of PWC is good. Pwc puts so some effort for upskilling employee brand value that's make a difference among PWC there other competitors. They have organized many programs to build brand of its own for its employees as well.

Dislikes

...t compromise on things that they promised to new hires at the time of induction. Personally I have faced so many like Joining bonus not received, welcome is a joke after multiple followup we have received defective products, & Adding to this they removed the Swift Allowance which was discussed at the time of salary negotiation. They consider the 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM as a general day Swift 👎where you supposed to work in night hours. This is directly effecting our pockets.

PwC is good in giving Salary. It gives the best salary in Industry.

Dislikes

Apart from salary there is nothing good at PwC. No growth, no quality work, worst work culture, no promotion, no work life balance. They don't value their employees. Data entry work and too much pressure.

Just the petty tag of Big4 and being able to work for the biggest global companies.

Dislikes

... their favourite employees while you cannot take 5 days off for your wedding. 8. Single digit salary growth year on year. 9. No space to climb designations, the space is cluttered with old tenured employees. 10. The list is too long.
