Already got 110 % hike, also got other offers but company only matching the existing offer!!

Recently I was successfully cleared PWC and infosys all interview rounds and in HR discussion they are not ready to give me more , they only ready to match the offer and keep saying you already got the 110% hike on your current CTC! So I said to HR I can't say no to company whose offer I have for just same amount of offer and rejected. How can I grab 150% hike as I also cleared Deloitte all rounds and HR discussion is remaining, Any suggestions??

Only on time salary was good.

Dislikes

People from Wipro who were working from beginning and also newly joined experience people became one sided. Office politics. My new ideas were not implemented. As a Lead, no access was given for preparing roster, alignment of transport, nothing. We had to adhere Wipro Leads. They used to decide everything.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

No work life balance at all. Pay is never up to the mark. There can’t possibly be a more toxic work culture than this company. Over working is so extreme that working till 2 even on weekends is considered normal and expected. People who try to set boundaries are seen as incompetent and lazy.

Great people, great environment although this may differ from project to project and individual people behavior. Perks are very good. High cover health insurance, L&D benefits, awesome flexibility and additional self enrolled fund benefit for near and dear one (applicable on individual selection)

...ome leadership do micro management which affects adversely to the mental health. Major dislike is initially you will get a good salary if you switch from any other company to PwC. But in appraisal expecting much may disappoint you.

Join this firm if you can’t uk yourself ..they will do it for you .. sheer disappointment after hours and hours of hard work and devotion. Even if you get loads of performance differentiator and good reviews they will ask you to resign “voluntarily”
