Salary structure is Average . However for freshers it is a great place to learn and even make money to handle their own expenses . If you work good and contribute to company profit you can definitely be paid well, After all you have to prove your worth.

They must understand a work place is where a candidate work to add to the skill and also to the companies wealth. Please also having a goodwill in the market doesn't mean company is to the employee.

They always guide for making beneficial drawing and try to reduce error in drawing. HR department is also superb and helpful. This is plus point for the company as well employee.
