... Increment for you is 200-300 Rs in your in hand salary. Everything is there for union. Overtime is a joke there. They make you work even on sunday with a OT of 40 rupees per hour only if you do minimum of 2 hours. Food is ok and transport is also ok. Basically this is not a company just a Dukan run by Indian Lalas and their henchmen.Read More
