    ...HR just give you 20 days for job search then they give you only 2 months basic salary.

    Ontime salary and payouts of bills.

    There is so much scope of improvement, considering the size of the organisation the growth opportunities are evenly distributed. Mostly service projects with resource providing way only. Management is so much in to politics through managers of their choice. No onsite opportunity for most projects. Good for few years not a company where you can spend more time.

    Salary is on time and that's about it.

    Dislikes

    - Company doesn't have proper process. - There are a lot of miscommunication between HR, Managers, RMG and Engineers. - They impose a Mandatory software which takes all of the data from the system/network. So no privacy for WFH people. (Many doesn't know that) - Sometimes management is not planning ahead and in result people have to suffer and work on weekends and 12-14 hours. - If you are doing good, it will not matter much, they will provide you a small token or something and add a lot more work on you next time. - There are a lot of incompetent people because of the family relations and all. The company is almost 30 years old and only have around 3000 employees. I think these are the reasons for that.

    Management needs to improve a little bit, they should value employees who are much more skilled and should pay them as per their expectations to stop them from moving from this organisation.
