    They have not project to assign. If you are on Bench then every second you will feel that today is your last date and suddenly will get a call from Dhanesh or Tarun(HR) that search for new job. You have maximum 1 week time. After that they will give you 2 months basic salary and one month full salary after FNF. And outside the company if you have no job then you will be under pressure till new job. I don't recommend for this company.

    ...they will offer high salary but at the end they will scam you .don't fool by the salary they are providing temporary salary permanent trauma.

    ...They will ask you to leave and then never provide you the last month salary you have to sent the mail again and again asking your salary

    Nothing to like but salary credits on time.

    Management is very poor. I worked with the worst technical manager in my IT career he is very rude, shouting in every Morning stand up meeting for the sake of pressure, always talk very aggressively, no work life balance while working under him, always plays a safe game with team, he treats himself as Boss not leader and he always looks for a negative point of an employees to criticize/put down irrespective of employee has done excellent job. Poor management. No body would come to you from higher hierarchy if you have any dispute with any colleges and you try to approach them.

    You never know when will they ask you to leave. They only have one major client that is Charter. Other than that they don't have any other project. Even that client have no faith in them they just don't give them projects easily. So avoid joining 5his company
