In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. management will make u feel like u r working in a shop, micro management, unnecesary threatening of losing job, no appraisals, top level people have no knowledge of the work they handle, employees are not supported during their tough times. and referals are only happening for management's knowns and relatives. they dont consider anyone else

...e to resolve the issue because of no training ,they say you can leave or resove. Their work culture is like , we will give no hike, we will promote with no skill upgrade training and if you ask for it you can leave the company. Support lead tech have no tech skill, meetings are like watspp video call , no professionalism by manager , they even use Indian indirect abuse words just to pretend funky. Overall employee will feel he had worked in a Indian product factory with very high job insecurity and no skill and finance hike with unprofessional leads.
