You can do lots of innovative things to make the customer happy


They are not concern about the staff. They are not willing to pay a basic salary to the employee. Like 12,000 per month that's also they concern a big salary once who completed in 6 months compled training and ug. Mostly they paid less amount for South Indian and paying more salary for North Indian. Even though I work in South Indian Radisson i found that they are paying. 14 000 for freshers who never completed training. But they're just paid 9000 for person who completed ug and 6month training in hotel industry.

life is peaceful and good place. Salary on time. it's good when your home is near or in the same district because yo look both your job and your home very well. but don't expect the hike and growth when you are not good butter master. it's doesn't matter you performance is excellent or bad but 7% hike is your.


It is Easy to go From Metro to Remote city but it is very difficult to go from Dharamshala to metro city. And competitive brand( in Dharamshala) can't take you, it can cause difficulties in you career growth. And That's enough for a Professional person

SOPs, Guest Centric.


Growth, compensation, work life balance, Mental and se*ual harassment, Bad employee food, no international internal transfers, they just say it to fool, even many HRs dont even know the process. If one unit shuts no communication or responsibility handled by hotel management company. One of the worst companies in multinational names. No action on some managers who are into and support se*ual harrassment and do not even warn or fire such people doing so and in fact the victim leaves the job or terminated by questioning the victims character. No action on manager who yells bangs table in meeting and literally everyday screams on HODs. This is done for control mechanism and eventually HOD leaves job with very poor confidence. No action is taken against such Hotel manager who ill treats in worst ever manner and yells like hell. No way to anonymously report such incidents like seen in Hyatt and Marriott. If this happens over there, then the manager is blacklisted in hiring again, whereas in this company they are promoted and encouraged. Only goody goody things are shown to collect awards. This review is based on observation in one unit and also the hotel managements irresponsibility towards that unit when it discontinued its operation. Hotel management company did not make sure of salaries being paid according to the law even after nearly 2 years passed. This shows lack of hotel managements responsibility towards employees.
