Pathetic work culture in a certain account, hello lot of politics & favouritism, performers gets fired and poor performers gets retained for people pleasing. manager I worked with is a control freak, micromanages and never open to strategic discussions, ego, and always fear of taking ownership, and creates a lot of chaos & fear of job insecurity. ultimately the ones who pleases and praises their manager for everything gets retained.No growth, and scope of growth, poor leadership strategies, communication gaps, most of the time gives the answer for almost all questions "cant talk about it or predict at the moment".
