Rapid Care has been good since joining. Gave me a good hike in salary and complete flexibility to work with. We have good managers helping with every little doubts and clarifications. Getting excellent benefits in terms of health insurance coverage too. They are also keeping us updated if any change in terms. Very helpful if concerns.

There is no transparency in work allocation, there is no quality check and if there is a cheap alternative for you they will make you train them as support but you will know that the cheaper option was to replace you and no insurance during covid but you need to come to office in such risk
