I have left my previous job as a assistant manager for this company Rapipay I joined as a executive that was my very big mistake my friends were suggesting don’t join because the company’s feedback is very bad but I joined I left my good job but after 2 months they removed 240 employees. Without any notice they did not pay any amount. You'll definitely be reprimanded if you're running late. - As a developer, you have zero independence because everything must be done in accordance with the one man (you'll know who) at the top. - You can receive an earful the following day if you take the leave without informing anyone. - You'll have a hard time if you don't understand the basics of flattery because managers here love to sit on the 7th sky. - Rather than the quality of your job, your productivity will be evaluated by the number of hours you spend at your desk. - Some managers have zero communication skills so get ready to get an earful. - Reach early but leave late --that's the organization's motto. - As an employee, you get zero perks. - The environment is toxic as hell. - Appraisals are so insignificant that they're almost non-existent. - Nepotism thrives here, probably this is the only way in.Read More
