...shift members. Poor increment rate, sometimes even not beat the inflation rate. Also Increment percentage divided into fixed pay and variable pay, so fixed pay growing on a very slow rate and increment given on fixed pay amount only.

Learning is good. You can develop lots of skill.reliance is sea where you can learn many things.

Salary difference for same position is very high.In reliance they prefer most of to GETs.Even GETs get more salary than 5-10 years of experience engineer with same position.this is only happen in reliance.Increment is poor .HR policy is also very bad.HR policy for increment is such that only 5-10% employee get benefited from this .Field Executive and panel officers are much respected and get more increment than SFE.Do not know why this position exist.

Good work environment and safety culture. Teammates are supportive and the departmental management is transparent. Company policies and appraisals are good.Company follow all standards and procedures.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics but management address our issue's. Salary is decent but they not give good salary hike and bonus every year.
