Cafeteria and the company of reliance retail which I worked was PBG. The best part was there was no office politics and although there was lot to learn but which result in the downfall of work-life balance.

Supply chain issue, lot of stress without any concern,Company management very poor, Only political person can stay in reliance, there is no place for hardwork n reliable person

The way upper management is treating was terrible and communication barriers were always been the case. Job security is 0 because of the politics is at the another level. Loss and prevention team is so pathetic and themselves are making losses

If you are a fresher then many things to learn for you. Campus is excellent.

1- Worst and toxic management (There should be -ve rating ) 2-Full dectatorship is going on 3- Salary structure is worst 4- -ve work life balance 5- No support from management 6- No proper training for outsiders who never did job in same process. Either hire from same department or else don’t ruin anyone’s career by hiring from different department and torture him/her Many more negative points are there

Dislikes

Salary is lower compared to Industry Standards. Pay parity is also not maintained.
