Very top heavy, decision making is opaque and often becomes like working in a family business. Frequent chop and change in management (in the name of restructuring) and poor HR practises has led to the company become sluggish in the last few years.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company polices are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus very year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management dose not address our issues. Salary is decent but career grouth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Skill and learning development is good enough. As a fresher I have learnt so much working with renew . Job security over here is pretty good .

No work life balance and not enough competitive salary or appraisals.
