In retrospect, I like the fact that I got to end my journey really soon at RepIndia.

- Work Culture - Management - Manager - Work-life balance - Disregard towards hard-working employees - Basically everything else that one can think of

Likes

The team, well the people I started with. Also the company owners and CEO. During my time they were hands on with what's going on with the team and their well being. They cared about people and their talent. Great culture and ambitious clients and projects were part of daily routine which added to the fun.

Dislikes

Some new senior management people who maybe helping the company but are toxic as hell when it comes to caring about others. They are selfish and would say anything and everything to make you feel like a bottom feeder. Don't know if they are still at office or not. Also sometimes work life balance goes for a toss.

Likes

It is in one word DREADFUL! Archit will face his karma of torturing people in the company. I am personally that he suffers and suffers bad!

Dislikes

Brother & Sister are both useless in company. Ran by maggots! Ayesha is still tolerable but Archit is a pain at a wrong place. Being a founder of the company, he has no knowledge of anything, never keeps information on mail, verbally keeps on changing his own statements and processes daily basis and keeps harassing people. Someone was even planning to lodge a complaint against him but you can't do much against a founder of the company.

The opportunity to leverage your skills and map your own path is huge. If you are ambitious and proactive, you can gain a lot of positive experiences that can advance your career.

Dislikes

Agency life always takes the work-life balance for a toss, but this one was draining. There is a serious dearth of good team leaders. Empathy is low. You can only cruise if you have your team's support, and the atmosphere is politically competitive for that to happen.
